Regional Cross Country

Rabbit Island - Western End by Mountain Bike Park, it will be sign posted

Students will be leaving school at 10.10 am
Course opens at 11am
Races start at 11.30pm with briefing at 11.20pm


Races: 11.30pm Year 5 & U Girls
11.45pm Year 5 & U Boys
12.00pm Year 6 Girls
12.15pm Year 6 Boys
1.00pm         Prize giving

All grades run a distance of 2km

Students will have time to walk around the course & have morning tea. Because of the time it would be beneficial to have a good breakfast.

Students should take their bag with their lunch and all their gear.
• Shoes/Spikes must be worn as the course is not guaranteed to be free from hidden broken glass or sharp stones
• Warm clothing and a change of footwear is necessary. N.B. runners will get wet and muddy especially if it rains.
        Bring a plastic bag to put your gear in. Bring a towel and a drink bottle.
• All runners must wear the Nayland tee-shirt and navy shorts.
